My passion is to empower individuals to take control of their lives. Health & wellness is an area I thrive on, as I have overcome amazing obstacles in my own life. In workshops I provide tools that are simple to do and can help balance your life and provide Joy & Happiness. We are human beings and face obstacles in our lives. How we react to and deal with them is important. We can let them take us down, or we can learn from them and move forward stronger.
